Frequently Asked Questions
What does CD Bradford do?
CD Bradford helps owners and executives address leadership issues that affect priorities, decisions, follow-through, and results.
The work is structured and practical. It helps leaders determine where alignment is breaking down, clarify what needs to change, and move forward with greater focus.
Is this executive coaching?
The work may include coaching conversations, but CD Bradford is focused on the leadership team as a whole, not individual executive coaching. The emphasis is on how priorities are set, decisions are made, expectations are reinforced, and important commitments are carried through.
Is this change management?
No. CD Bradford provides executive advisory support, not change-management program execution. The work helps leaders determine what is affecting alignment, clarify what should change, and strengthen follow-through.
How do we start?
You can begin with the 5-Minute Leadership Alignment Assessment or request a 20-Minute Clarity Call.
The assessment is private and gives you a quick read on where leadership alignment may be affecting results. The Clarity Call is the next step if you would like to discuss your situation directly with Chuck.
What is a Clarity Call?
A Clarity Call is a practical conversation to understand what your leadership team may be facing, answer initial questions, and determine whether a structured diagnostic would be useful.
It is not a sales pitch.
What happens in the Two-Week Executive Alignment Diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a defined-scope advisory engagement focused on identifying why leadership may be out of alignment and where greater clarity is needed.
The work produces a concise executive readout with findings, priority issues, and recommended next steps.
What happens after the diagnostic?
After the diagnostic, CD Bradford reviews the findings and recommended next steps with the leadership team.
If there is a practical path forward and mutual fit remains clear, the leadership team may request a 90-Day Advisory Engagement. Scope and investment are then determined based on the issues identified, leadership-team needs, and level of advisory support required.
Who is the best fit?
This work is best suited for leadership teams willing to look candidly at their priorities, alignment, and performance, and address what the engagement reveals.
It is intended for owners and executives who believe strong leadership alignment improves results and are prepared to act on what they learn.
How is investment determined?
Investment is based on the scope of the engagement, the issues being addressed, and the level of advisory support required.
For the Two-Week Executive Alignment Diagnostic, scope and investment are discussed during the Clarity Call.
Start with clarity.
Begin with the private assessment or a practical conversation to better understand where leadership alignment may be affecting results.
